Please join us for the premiere salon event in Hampton Roads, “EVAN’s Salon Takeover.” On June 21, 2012, Eastern Virgina AIDS Network (EVAN) along with dozens of local salons will renew this tradition. We are looking forward to your support to ensure the success of this year’s Salon Takeover.

There are significant advantages to your salon for participating. To take part, your business will contribute a percentage of sales on Thursday, June 21, 2012 or the day selected on the attached participation agreement to EVAN, or make a one- time donation and also solicit donations from clients in the salon. In exchange, EVAN will promote your salon through a wide-ranging promotional campaign including radio, newspaper, television, flyers, posters, internet, invitations and direct mail.

Due to the overwhelming response, we are limiting the number of participating salons this year to 45. We will assign an envoy to assist your salon on the day of the event. By limiting the number of participating salons, we can focus on filling your shop with customers on the day of the event.
