The purpose of this organization is to INSTILL PRIDE, CELEBRATE UNITY and EMBRACE DIVERSITY in the Hampton Roads gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) community by creating VISIBILITY and PROMOTING FULL HUMAN and CIVIL RIGHTS through EDUCATION, CELEBRATIONS and NETWORKING.

Hampton Roads Pride Board/General Membership meetings are held on the first monday of every month (except for Labor Day) at 7:00 PM at 735 Granby Street in Norfolk, Upstairs from 'The Cash In', 2 Doors Down from 'The Garage'.

Board Meetings are open to the public unless it is announced that the meeting is 'closed'.  The community is encouraged to attend.
