Michael Berlucchi serves on the Hampton Roads Pride Board of Directors as Immediate Past President. He has fulfilled numerous roles within the organization, including as president, vice president, chairman of PrideFest, chairman and co-founder of the Pride Block Party, and chairman of the Events and Communications committees.
Michael Berlucchi is the Community Engagement Manager at the Chrysler Museum of Art where he creates and implements educational and community partnerships to engage diverse audiences across Hampton Roads and develops new strategic initiatives to expand the Museum’s audiences, particularly those in underserved constituencies.
In addition to his volunteer work at Hampton Roads Pride, Michael is an appointed member of City of Virginia Beach Human Rights Commission and serves on the Board of Directors of Teens With a Purpose and the Norfolk Tourism Research Foundation. Michael is an active member of the Virginia Beach Police Community Outreach Committee, American Alliance of Museums, and Virginia Association of Museums. Michael was recognized by Inside Business as one of the Top Forty Under 40 for 2015.
He received a B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and is a 2017 graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia. Michael is a lifelong resident of the City of Virginia Beach.
