Vending at PrideFest

In June, Hampton Roads Pride will present our 29th annual PrideFest, a huge outdoor festival that raises awareness and promotes cooperation for our LGBT and allied communities throughout Hampton Roads.
If you would like to participate as a vendor at Hampton Roads PrideFest 2017, please complete the initial application by CLICKING HERE. You will be notified of your application’s acceptance by April 10, 2016. The final list of participating vendors will be posted on the Hampton Roads Pride website. If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice from us as well as any additional required paperwork, whether required by Hampton Roads Pride or the City of Norfolk.

Please note, all Vendors must also submit a $50 deposit. This deposit will be returned to the Vendor upon the completion of the Festival and inspection of the site by HRP. All Vendors are responsible for the removal of all trash and not cause any damage to park amenities (i.e., grass, benches, light poles, etc.). Deposits will be returned within 10 days of the event.
