The primary requirements for vendors is that all tents, umbrellas or overhead coverings must be erected and inspected prior to the start of the event. To this end, vendors will not be able to rent a space and erect their own tent except for food vendors which require special tenting. For more information on these matters, please refer to the individual applications or contact us.
To reserve and pay for your space at Out in the Park, please follow these easy steps:
1 Complete the Vendor Application by selecting the "Click here for _______ Vendor Application" appropriate to your business or organization.
2 When Application has been filled out and submitted, Use the Space Reservation Menu to reserve the size and type of space you want for the event.
3 Reserve utilities (if needed)
4 Reserve Tables and Chairs (if needed.).
Please note, for tables and chairs, you will use the drop down menu to confirm whether you want a table and chair.
The confirmation screen at checkout will allow you to review your order and specify quantities.
Confirmation of your
payment
will be sent by payment processing center. Note, this confirms payment receipt ONLY. It does NOT confirm your reservation.
After your application and payment have been reviewed by Hampton Roads Pride, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of application and confirmation of payment processing. (usually within 7 days after application and payment have been completed). Please check your confirmation email carefully.

The City of Norfolk requires that
retail and food
vendors have an insurance policy written in accordance with the requirements outlined on the vendor agreement form.
Ava Ryan of 123ABC Insurance LLC of Norfolk has reviewed the requirements and is available to write a short-term policy for vendors needing insurance. 123 ABC will donate $10 from each policy written to HR Pride. Ava's contact info is: 757-337-3919
